Refunds;

(a) Refunds for services rendered are not offered 

(b) In the case of dissatisfaction with a service, clients are encouraged to communicate their concerns to the salon within 48 hours for a potential resolution.

 

 

Client Responsibilities ;

(a) Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, medical conditions, or other relevant information that may affect the provision of services.

(b) clients are encouraged to arrive on time and prepared for their appointments, following any pre-service instructions provided by the salon.

 

Service Quality;

(a) The salon strives to provide high-quality services, and every effort is made to meet client expectations.

(b) If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, they are encouraged to communicate their concern promptly to the salon for resolution.

Changes to Terms and Conditions;

The salon reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time

Indemnity;

By booking an appointment with our salon, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. The client further agrees to indemnify and hold the salon and its staff harmless against any claims, liabilities, damages or expenses arising from or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to allergic reactions, injuries, or dissatisfaction with the services.
